This section provides an overview of what you can do with Cortrium Apex.
To continue, you need a user account for Cortrium Apex and an internet connection.
With Cortrium Apex, you can review your C3⁺ Holter Monitor, start a new recording, transfer recordings to your computer, request automated analysis of your recordings and manage your reports.

On a Windows computer, you can simply connect your C3⁺ Holter Monitor to the computer to open Cortrium Apex.
On a Mac, please open the application either from your dock or from your Applications folder.
When opening Cortrium Apex, you will be prompted with a log-in screen. Please sign-in with your e-mail adress and your password.
If you have not set a password yet, please use the link in the email that has been sent to you. If you need assistance with your Log-In, please refer to our Troubleshooting Guide.
To continue, please click the green Sign-In button.
The main navigation on the left side of the program lets you navigate between the important features of Cortrium Apex.
If no Holter Monitor is connected, you can access previous recordings and reports in the Recordings tab or follow the Support Tab to this support portal. In the lower-left part of the screen, you can furthermore click on Edit account to change your account details and set a new password.
After connecting a Holter Monitor, you can click on Open Device to retrieve information regarding your devices, such as the battery status and available space, see recordings on the Holter Monitor and prepare the Holter Monitor for a new patient.
This area provides you an overview of your connected C3⁺ Holter Monitor. You can access current recordings, retrieve and change the information of the current patient, get information regarding the battery and memory status of your Holter Monitor, view the serial number and prepare the device for a new patient.
In this view, you can see all recordings that have been completed and transferred to Cortrium Apex in the past.
Click on any recording to view details about this recording, such as the patient information, recording length and the amount of recorded events by the patient. You can furthermore order an automated report with the "Order" button and download recordings in the european data format (.edf), which is compatible to a variety of third-party software solutions.
After creating a report for a recording, you can furthermore download the pdf report of the recording with the "View" button.
In the lower left part of the main menu, you can access your profile information by clicking on "Edit Account". You can change your name, your e-mail adress for the log-in and change your password.
